Hi, and thanks for joining me.
I decided to launch my speaking career after I retired from the corporate world. I believe retirement isn't just about taking life easy, although that is good sometimes, its about finding the passion you've kept hidden for years and taking action.
My love of speaking began in elementary school and has continued throughout life, speaking at fundraisers, administrative workshops, corporate training sessions and other events. I had the privilege of speaking at the 2019 Woman of Worth Conference in Vernon, BC.
My passion is to help others realize that a resilient ATTITUDE is the most important trait we develop, so we best learn to make it a positive one. I show audiences how our attitude affects our mental and physical well-being and I give them steps to manage.
Bottom line is I like to tell stories and if by doing so I am able to help others then its a bonus for all of us.
Personally, I share my life with hubby and together we love motorcycle riding, Canadian Football, Hockey, and trying to keep up with our four high energy grandchildren. I love walks by a lake, travelling, adventure and spontaneity, its what keeps me young at heart.
